The right side covers on this bike are way overbuilt and look ridiculous. By following some of the natural casting lines on both covers, you can hack them up and make them look pretty clean with ease. I used a cutting disc, flap disc, and scotch brite wheel to get this unit down to what you see here. I'm gonna find some really light sanding paper to smooth these things down the rest of the way, but they look pretty good for now.
